How do I pick my one Keyword Cluster for the Starter trial?
Pick the keyword that, if you ranked for it in AI answers today, would have the most direct impact on revenue. That is usually your highest-intent service or product -- the one customers search when they are ready to buy, not just researching. During your onboarding call we help you define the cluster boundaries so the results are meaningful before day 15.
What happens on day 15 of the trial?
If you have not canceled, your card is charged the Signal Growth rate of $297/mo and your account upgrades to Growth (3 Keyword Clusters). You can cancel any time before day 15 from your account dashboard -- no call required, no forms. We send a reminder email at day 12 so you are never surprised.
Does the trial require a credit card?
Yes. The trial is implemented as a Growth subscription with a 14-day delay before the first charge. Your card is not charged until day 15. This structure lets us set up your real ranking infrastructure immediately rather than running a limited demo environment.
Which plans offer a free trial?

What changed from the old monitoring plans?
The old plans (Monitor, Measure, Prove) were built around tracking where you appeared. The new plans are built around actively ranking your brand in AI answers -- not just observing citations but shaping them. The unit of measure changed from "tracked prompts" to "Keyword Clusters" because a cluster maps directly to a ranking objective, not just a data collection point. Pricing has also been restructured: Growth at $297/mo replaces the former middle tier, and Authority at $697/mo replaces the top self-serve tier.
Is there an annual discount for self-serve plans?
No. Signal Growth and Authority are month-to-month only -- there is no annual self-serve option. Signal Scale is annual by nature and is priced accordingly starting from $1,997/mo. If you need a multi-year commitment for budget or procurement reasons, contact us and we will put terms in writing.
How do you bill?
Credit card, charged on your billing date. You get a plain receipt the same day we charge. No surprise line items, no credits, no overages. If anything on your invoice looks wrong, reply to the receipt email and a human responds the same business day.
